What people usually ask before their first call.
Can I come without an appointment?
Yes, a manager is on site during business hours. But if you let us know in advance by phone or messenger, we’ll prepare exactly the floor plans you’re interested in and set aside time so you don’t have to wait.
Can you show an apartment on a weekend?
Saturday is a working day, 11:00–18:00. The office is closed on Sunday, but we arrange individual viewings — message us on WhatsApp or Telegram and the manager will agree a time.
Can I see the exact apartment I’m choosing?
In section 3 we show the apartment in shell condition and the floor it’s on — you can see the layout, ceiling height and the view from the windows. In sections 1 and 2 we can show you the already occupied entrances and the courtyard.
What should I bring to the meeting?
Nothing for a viewing. Your passport and tax ID number are only needed at the reservation and contract signing stage.
