What documents are required to buy an apartment?
Just a passport and a tax ID number. All contracts are concluded officially, and a manager guides the deal at every stage — from booking to registration of ownership.
How does the installment plan work?
The down payment is from 30% of the apartment price; the balance is split into equal installments over up to 24 months with no interest. The payment schedule is fixed in the contract, and you can get a personal calculation using the calculator above.
Can I view the apartments in person?
Yes, by appointment. We show the showroom with completed finishing, common areas and the courtyard, and you can also walk through and view apartments on the construction site. Book by phone or via the form on the website.
What does turnkey finishing include?
A full cycle from $600 per m²: wall and floor finishes, engineering systems, plumbing, lighting, kitchen and complete furnishing. Ready-made packages can be viewed in the “Finishing” section and in PDF presentations.
Where can I park my car?
The complex design includes guest, underground and multi-level above-ground parking. The courtyard is closed to cars — the grounds are fully pedestrian.
Is it safe to buy during the construction stage?
During the war, RB Development commissioned sections 1–2 of the 4U Residential Complex and section 1 of the Aquamarine Residential Complex. Another success story is HHouse, a three-section residential complex in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital, commissioned and occupied back in 2021. We show the construction progress of section 3 every month in the “Construction progress” section.
