1. Who processes the data

The personal data controller is the developer of the 4U residential complex — V.K. GROUP LLC, EDRPOU (company ID) 39145742, address: 2 Akademika Bulakhovskoho St., Kyiv. For questions about data processing: +380 (096) 56 24 777.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what you yourself provide in the forms on the website: your name and phone number. Context is automatically added to your request — which page or floor plan you were interested in and which instalment terms you selected in the calculator. This allows the manager to get straight to the point instead of asking again.

Anonymised technical statistics are collected separately: device type, referral source and pages viewed. This data does not make it possible to identify a specific person.

3. Why we use it

  • to contact you about your request — by phone or messenger;
  • to send you a selection of apartments, a payment calculation, presentations or documents;
  • to notify you of price changes, the sales launch of a new phase or special offers — if you have consented to this;
  • to improve the website by analysing anonymised statistics.

4. Whom we share data with

We do not sell or share your contact details with third parties for advertising. Only employees of the 4U sales office have access to requests. Technical services (hosting, messengers, analytics services) process data solely for the operation of the website and for communicating with you.

5. How long we keep it

Requests are stored for as long as communication about a purchase continues, and for up to 3 years after the last contact — this is needed to keep a history of enquiries. You may ask us to delete your data earlier.

6. Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, you have the right to find out what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to withdraw your consent to processing and to request deletion. To do so, simply call or message us — we will verify your identity using the phone number you provided.

7. Cookies

The website uses technical cookies required for its proper operation, and analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful to visitors. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this will not affect the website’s core functions.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date. The date of the current version is shown at the top.
